TIMBITS U6 - $100 - Years of birth 2014-2015 & 2016 (if they turn 4yrs old by May 1st)
TIMBITS U8 - $100 - Years of birth 2012-2013
U10 - $130 - Years of birth 2010-2011
U12 - $130 - Years of birth 2008-2009
U14 - $130 - Years of birth 2006-2007
U16 - $130 - Years of birth 2004-2005
U19 - $130 - Years of birth 2001-2003
Prefer not to pay with a credit card?
From Jan 31-Feb 22 we are offering the opportunity for you to pay Cash or Cheque instead. You must first register your child or children on-line, but instead of submitting payment, select PAY OFFLINE.
If you select PAY OFFLINE, you must attend our In-Person payment session to pay by Cash or Cheque (sorry-no post-dated cheques accepted)
Please Note!! - Players will not be considered registered until we receive payment in full!
Our In-Person payment session will be:
Sat. Feb. 22nd 10am-12 noon Mateway Lobby
LATE REGISTRATION We will accept late registrations from March 16 - March 31 - PLEASE NOTE! All late registrations will incur an additional $25 charge which will be added to your total amount owing. All registration will close at midnight on March 31 - no exceptions!
JUMPSTART APPLICATIONS - If you are applying for Jumpstart funding for soccer registration please read the following instructions:
1 - You MUST complete the online application for Jumpstart funding BEFORE you register your child/children for Renfrew Minor Soccer. Jumpstart Applications are only accepted online. The application for funding opens on Jan. 15th.

2- Once you complete your Jumpstart online application you will be given a confirmation code to verify your application has been submitted - YOU REQUIRE THIS CODE - PLEASE WRITE IT DOWN!!
3- Now you can complete the Renfrew Minor Soccer registration online - You will need to email the Director of Registration at email@example.com for a code that will allow you to bypass the payment section - Once you enter the code that you were given, you will then also have to enter the confirmation code from your Jumpstart application
*REMINDER* - Our U10 Division will again this year be part of the VUSL. The teams will remain all boys and all girls, however, you will travel for games within our league. This division will now have a game night as well as a separate practice night. These nights have yet to be determined.
INTERESTED IN COACHING/REFEREEING??
If you are interested in coaching/assistant coaching one of our travelling teams (U10-U19), please reach out BEFORE you register your player. If you coach/assistant coach a travelling team, you DO NOT PAY for your child to play on the team you coach. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you will coach/assistant coach a team and we will provide you with a discount code to use during online registration.

REFUND POLICY - We will offer refunds from the time you register up to our Meet the Coach Night (typically during the first week of May - date to be determined)
The Refund will be the amount of registration (either $100 or $130) LESS $30 (for the jersey, shorts, socks and insurance)
NO REFUNDS following our Meet the Coach Night (TBD) or once practices have commenced
TIMBIT COACHES (U6 & U8) FROM 2019 SEASON
If you coached/assistant coached a team last season you should receive an email from Renfrewsoccerregistration@outlook.com with your discount codes for this year`s registration. If you don`t receive this email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know
WAITLIST - Each of our divisions have a maximum number of spaces available(as determined by OSA, Ontario Soccer Association). Once a division has the maximum number of players registered, anyone else that registers for that division will be registered on a WAITLIST- We cannot guarantee that if your child is on a waitlist that a spot will become available. An additional team COULD be added, but there must be a coach step forward and enough players to field a team. *Please Note* - No fees will be charged to register a player on the waitlist.
